5 WAYS TO BUILD UNSHAKABLE CONFIDENCE

Let’s face it, to close that deal?
To roll up on that lady at the bar, To perform highly at anything. Confidence is Key.
Without that skill, we are useless. It is the belief you have in yourself that you can do anything. And I call it skill because I believe it can be trained and I will show you 10 ways to build Self Confidence.
As a kid I struggled with low Self Esteem which made me hostile and unhappy. I was not the tallest dude in class then, I couldn’t express myself or speak good grammar, but all this experience made me strong. And below is a list of stuff that’s worked for me you can adopt.
I want you to know that you are awesome and that you measure up. Maybe you need to close this page now and go look yourself in the mirror to see what I’m talking about.
Wow, you did that? Great
Now let’s get into it.

(1). Understand Who You Are
Self-awareness is really a hard topic to discuss especially now that we have a world trying to tell us what and what not to become. So much noise out there that it has become so hard to look deep into ourselves and accept who we really are. Self-awareness is discovering what you’re good and bad and just accepting it. Family and friends won’t tell you the truth because they love you and won’t want to hurt you but you have to get them to tell you anyways.
Talk to yourself on a regular basis. Spend time alone with yourself.
Keep a journal and write your thoughts. It is important to know who you are.

(2). Physical Confidence
I know Grooming might be the obvious one, but you can’t underestimate the power of a shower or new hairstyle or just wearing a nice dress. I thought it was being materialistic and trying to impress but I felt good about myself every time I dress nicely. And the compliments received were all Confidence boosters. You don’t need a fortune to achieve this, just start wearing clothes that fit and you will carry yourself with so much pride.

(3). Stay Positive
It’s easy to look down on yourself for your failures but choosing positivity even in a tough situation is the best place to be.
How do I always stay positive?
I Have a Gratitude Jar. In this jar I kept notes of people’s compliments about me. I also write letters to myself and keep them there so when I’m sad, I open and read them to myself.
“You are very good at speaking”
“You look so great today, I love your dress”
“My name will be on the list of 100 people who are positively influencing the world”

These reaffirm my dreams and make me get back to work when I don’t feel like. You can have one too.

(4). Have Goals
Set daily goals, monthly goals, yearly Goals.
Don’t just drift along life.
Learn new skills, designing, writing, cooking, painting. Learn something new and get better at it. If you want to become an author, start writing small pieces, stories and articles on your interest. The more you achieve small goals, the better you become at it. When you get better and people praise your work, you gradually become very confident.

(5). Gratitude
Appreciate those you have in your life right now. Smile, Do something nice for someone, it could be buying them lunch or helping them clean out their home. Just be kind and you will start to feel good about yourself and that will boost your confidence even more.

So that is it guys, Becoming super confident is not that hard, it starts with you making the decision because confidence is not who you are but what you do.
Now that I’ve experienced both sides and I do know what it feels like to feel rejected and unhappy, that is why from one speech and conversation, to one book, post or videos. I spread practical advice on confidence in life and in business.

I’m Glad you read this.

I Can Change The Plan But Never The Goal

I can change the plan but never the goal.   Each time I Dream &plan ,am always happy, I soak into the plan feeling super positive and start acting like am the next big thing already. But each time I set out to carry out and test my ideas it always meet reality, it gives me a tough of trying to figure out what exactly works.   Instead of telling myself I can't do this, it's possible....I want to keep striving till it happens. I will keep changing my approach until I find what works. >I WOULD NEVER GIVE UP!  >I WOULD NEVER CHANGE MY GOAL!  I.G: Makinwa ojo

keep improving

If people constantly swing at you, pouring poison into your work and trying to tear you down as suppose lift you up, perfect..Yes, that means you are already built up, you have something going for you which they don't have and you shouldn't take any hate, negative comment, objection or defeat personally. Don't change a brush stroke on your canvas because someone doesn't like what you paint. You're better than that, Keep improving. I.g: Makinwa ojo
